After our call, you’ll receive a detailed questionnaire to fill out, this helps me gather important info about your brand, style preferences, and goals. From there, I guide you through personalized pre-shoot planning: styling advice, location options, and creating a shot list tailored to your brand’s unique personality and needs. I’m here to make sure you feel confident and prepared before the big day. -
The Shoot Day
On the day of your shoot, we focus on making the experience enjoyable and effortless. Whether we’re working in-studio, on location, or at your business space, I’ll direct you with clear guidance to capture authentic, powerful images that reflect your essence. -
Editing & Delivery
After the shoot, I carefully curate and edit your photos to perfection, ensuring every image meets the high standards your brand deserves. You’ll receive a beautifully presented gallery of images ready to use across your website, social media, marketing materials, and more. -

Best for: Professionals needing updated headshots, social media content, or a simple brand refresh.
1 Hour Session - $650
More time, more variety, ideal for telling a fuller brand story.
Includes:
-2 outfits or looks
-1 location (studio or on-site)
-A larger selection of on-brand images
-Professional retouching
-Full usage rights
Best for: Entrepreneurs, service providers, and small business owners needing content for websites, social media, and marketing.
2 Hour Session - $1050
The most comprehensive option for building a robust brand image library.
Includes:
-Multiple outfits or looks
-Up to 2 locations (studio or on-site)
-A wide range of storytelling images
-Professional retouching
-Full usage rights
Best for: Business owners launching a brand or campaign, or those looking to create a full content library for long-term use.
On-Site
Sessions include travel within a 25-mile radius of the studio (based in Birch Run, MI) Travel beyond 25 miles is available anywhere in Michigan for an additional fee. Please contact Kim for a custom quote based on your location.
Payment
$100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is due in full prior to your session, a minimum of 24hrs in advance.
